it all just depends who has your case and if it's over 60 days they probably forgot about your file.......I waited 4 and half month before i got approve and even than my congress person had to call them every 2 week to get update luckily the day she called she got a nice guy that helped and took my file to supervisor and boom i got approved couple of hour later......i did have misdemeanor that's why they had to take it to supervisor....if you don't have any record try to do e-request maybe that might help there was someone from other service center that waited almost 6 month after he sent his rfe, and his rfe was very easy just few paper work with no record...... hope this help i don't mean to scare you just letting you know my experience good luck

I'm still waiting for uscis to give me a decision. I think that's why they are taking long because they are investagating my high school diploma but I'm not worried because its nationally accredited by national private schools accreditation group
