They are two different days. The date on the status check is the day they accepted your petition for further reveiw. The date on your account is the LUD, last update, which is the date they sent the notice of action out.

Congrats to the approvals, looks like Cali is getting rid of August dreamers at last. Come on Vermont.

7 months & 13 days!! F...K MY LIFE!!! If i don't get approved my life is pretty much ruined. I'm done with e requests and calling USCIS. Those people don't give a shit about me or anyone else. They never help me or answer my questions. I always get the same crap. Wait, wait, wait, wait, and here i am waiting. Some of them seem to have a stick up their butts. I remember when i first sent my applications in and days went by and then it turned to months. Now its past half a year. This really sucks..

So does anyone have any concrete info on why some apps are taking so long and some have been approved in a month? I done my bios today and some guy that works there kept on telling DACA people "you should get your EAD card in the next 2 months" and I couldn't get you guys off my mind lol 8 months of waiting is too much.

Thanks! I had already given up hope. I truly believe that everyone will eventually be approved. I had a very long history with INS. I was part of an asylum case from 1994 which resulted in a final order of removal after 12 years of appeals. I'm married to a us citizen and have two us kids. I had lost all hope till DACA passed. It was 2 months before my 31st bday. I'm not a spiritual person, but it sure made me rethink some stuff. Keep your heads up guys and start planning your futures. Remember, It could always be worse
