The first was that I didn't include a picture ID, which I thought I did,but when my lawyer and I went through my original packet that was sent, it didn't include my ID, and the second thing was that there was a different graduation date showing on my HS transcript then the one on my diploma. My diploma shows I graduated June 2006 but the transcript showed January 2007, so they asked for the correct transcript and date and an explanation as to why there was a discrepancy.
