Well, if you actually had read more into whats happening now, you really wouldn't be freaking out this much. But yes, you would be able to travel. Its actually more of a green card but with out the permanent part in it and with out federal benefits.

Since you applied for DACA you are below 31 so you would qualified as a Dreamer (I forget what section this is on the draft bill which was released a few weeks ago) meaning that in 5 years with w/e the status they give us, once you satisfy the requirements to stay on the program (2 years of school towards a bachelors or 2 years in the military) you qualified for a green card.

I suggest you stay here at least 1 more year.

I really don't mind staying here for another year...I mean I have been waiting for so long now.
My husband doesn't trust the US immigration system anymore, which I can understand because they have given him a really hard time, even though he has never been in the US illegally even for a day..

What do you think is the approximate timeline for the bill to get passed?

Well it's really not the immigration system, they just follow the laws and regulations which is regulated by congress (who by the way the republican seats are occupied by modern day monkeys) best bet I think is wait for the CIR vote, if it passes, great, you'll become a citizen in no time, if it doesn't I'd say go to the UK.. You won't miss out on much here anyway.. The economy is in the shits and congress can't get shit done without making it a big political thing..

yeah what Happyman0607 said, at this point, its really your final decision and you need to sit down and talk things with your husband about this. I wish you the best of luck.
