Daca ead lost

i lost my ead last week and i m wondering what the process would be like to get a replacement, how much it would cost and what kind of documents would be needed. i need guidance desperately. anything would help.

You need to submit the I-765 form again for replacement of EAD card. I think you'll need to attach a copy of the I-821D approval letter with the application.

Please check the I-765 application instruction for further detail. The cost is ~$500.

Me too! Mine is in a safe along with my social security card. Even when I was waiting for my driver's license to arrive, I only carried my passport with me. I waited for this document for so long that I take care of it like its my baby! Lol

Social security card is no good for employment without showing the EAD card, so yeah, he needs it!

Depends.on how strict employers are..yeah your gonna file a i-765 replacement app. The fee is 465 not 380, make sure u send the correct fee or they will send it back. I attached copies of i-821D approval, i-765 approval, the letter in which your original ead card came with, and a copy of my original ead and ssn card.

Wait for the receipt, and it will give 90 days to show yr ead card to an employer.
