So the guy wouldn't let me do a service request again because apparently I'm within the normal processing time, UGH. He told me to just keep waiting and that everything is normal with my case. According to him I should hear back from them in 54 days I'm so sick of waiting, I have no patience anymore.
Hi once again,
Hmmm, I have a feeling that some operators will file the request and some won't. I'm sorry, but hey at least there's the 54 days to count down. I wish you lots of luck and even more positive vibes! Hang in there!

I know that they said those dont matter, but did you include them because of the instructions? I have several tickets for driving without a license and included every disposition for them, What did you guys do??
Hi,

I also sent in the citations and receipts for all three of my misdemeanors for driving without a license. About a month and a half ago, I met with a lawyer to discuss why my application was taking so long to process and he told me that applications with records (ie. misdemeanors) go through a different process... a more lengthy background investigation. I'm pretty sure that this information is accurate because my application was approved this Tuesday, after 6 months and one week. Other than the misdemeanors for driving without a license, my application was solid.

I can't believe it's been 8 months and 10 days since I filed my application, and exactly 7 months since they received it. Very sad day my friends.

It took exactly one week after my second notification. For some reason I received two updates requesting evidence.

No you don't have to, I didn't and I got two tickets from driving without a license and I got approved already.

So I just called to speak to a second level officer since today marks my 7th month. I asked to speak to a second level officer and the machine said the wait time is 265 minutes. Clearly they are doing that so people would stop calling. Pieces of crap!

Filed: August 23rd
Received: October 3rd
Biometrics: October 6th
Transfered from Vermont to Nebraska: April 1st

Still waiting!

I know it seems like it's easy for me to say this bc i am approved, but I tried calling for a second level officer right before I got approved. No joke, my phone died before I even got a hold of anybody. I was on hold for a good hour +.
