Is anyone recently approved for their I821D, still waiting for an update on their Work permit? I ask because my sister also got approved the same day as me but she has received no update from her I-765. I know there is that 90 day time frame, but considering most applicant receive theirs along with their DACA just thought i would ask. Thanks!

So I got approved yesterday and in the email they sent says they ordered my work permit. How long will it take for them to send it to me. I'm in Northern California.

I got approved last Saturday and I got my EAD card today, I'm sure by Wednesday or maybe even Tuesday you will have your card in your hand, I live in northern Cali too

P.s I got it Saturday night my approval, so don't really count and Sundays they don't work so it doesn't count, my real count down started Monday.

Why do you say you have to wait 6months to get a license?if you are In California you can get it as soon as you pay your ticket,also now that you are approve when you go to court and if the judges ask you if you can get a license say yea and he will give you another courth date to bring the license and the ticket will be dimissed...Good luck

In Northern Nevada it takes 3 days after you're approved.

Around 5 cases following mine that weren't previously approved that were transferred around March 15th got approved late last week...of course mine is one of two that hasn't been touched since Dec 6th sitting in between 11 approved and 1 rfe'd from the same date...the other case and mine were the only ones not to be transferred but I have a hunch that had we been transferred too, we would have been approved...so things are looking up for you transfers so don't lose hope!
