I sent in my RFE response on April 23. I've been checking the site like crazy and today this is what it shows :

for DACA

Initial Review
On May 6, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

(which i didnt change nor did my attorney)

for 765

Card/ Document Production
On May 6, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

So im not sure what to think... I got excited but then I've had so many immigration let downs that im a bit worried....

Oi Thanks!

Just called my attorney and she said that getting the work permit approved doesnt necesarily mean that DACA is approved....she said that they are probably doing background checks...

Your attorney is wrong. You can't get the work permit without deferred action. For some reason the work permit goes into production first, the deferred action approval follows later in the day or the following day.

You're approved! Time to celebrate!!
