Here's the DREAMer related portion. If you are DACA approved, then you will also be granted RPI status.

Quote:
DACA Recipients. Authorizes the DHS Secretary to grant RPI status to DACA beneficiaries provided that they undergo renewed national security and law enforcement clearances and have not engaged in conduct that would render the individual ineligible for RPI status since DACA was granted.
Quote:
DREAM Act Requirements. RPI must demonstrate that he or she:
  • Has been an RPI for at least five years;
  • Entered initially the U.S. before the age of 16;
  • Has earned a H.S. diploma, a commensurate alternative award from a public or private high school or secondary school, or has obtained a GED recognized under State law, or a high school equivalency diploma in the U.S.;
  • Obtained a degree from an institution of higher education or completed at least two years of a bachelor’s program, or served at least four years in Uniformed Services and, if discharged, received an honorable discharge (may be waived for compelling circumstances); and
  • Has provided a list of each secondary school that the applicant attended in the U.S.;
  • Has passed an English/civics test, unless the applicant has a physical or developmental disability or mental impairment; and
  • Has submitted new biometric and biographic data and passed background checks.

Not likely,They don't require biometrics in order to do a background check from recent information given.It is standard operation by DHS to do checks when seeking any new status currently but that doesn't necessarily mean a new biometrics appointment.However,it is obviously up to the officer in question reviewing the case at the time.

What if you're not daca approved but you count on every single requirement for the Dream Act
