Your not suppose to lie to them at all, i think is consider a felony, if they ask you again if you have worked before tell them yes, don't say anything about using a fake social ONLY if they ask you, and say you made it up and it's something that you never applied for from the government, make sure you make it clear you made it up, cause they are gonna know anyway cause when you get your social In the mail your gonna have to go back and transfer all your taxes from the years you worked before if you want them on your social so you can benefits from it, like unemployment, retirements etc so your gonna have to give them your fake social then. P.s I applied for my social today and they never asked me if I worked before, they just asked if I have ever tried to apply for a social or if I have had a social security issued to me from the government, so I simply said no cause is not true.

I worked 3 yrs with that # but never did taxes. I told that guy I worked for cash. Hopefully when I go back again on Wednesday they don't ask me again... I also didn't put that fake # on the application.

Just now my I821D was approved. The I765 was approved on Saturday. Glad things are looking up for me now.

I'm 29 and submitted a ton of information, which is why I think it took this long.
submitted 10 years of taxes, pay stubs from my current job 2009-2012, my school transcripts from Elementary-University, plus anything else I could get my hands on thinking that this would speed up my case.

My concerns where that in my taxes it obviously showed I was working under another social # but that for the year 2007 I filed my taxes with that social instead of my TIN like I always do.

Also I had previously been stopped 3 times for minor traffic infractions that led to being cited for driving without a license, but they were never written down as misdemeanors.

I have a question that I'll just go ahead and ask here.

When transferring my credit history from the social I am currently using to the new one. How long does that take to take effect?
