I had many holes in my 5 years continuous as I applied without going to a work shop. My petition was very concise and I gave them exactly what they ask for and nothing else. So basically school and college transcipts, passport with entry stamps, HS diploma, one bank receipt for 15th June 2012, previous visas and that was it. I had a breif trip which I only showed the passport re entry stamp but nothing for departure date and I had a huge gap between high school and college but passport entry stamps may have took care of that period.

Just an app I down loaded on my android a while ago. I guess I typed in USCIS in the apps search bar.
