I already have a previous SSN do I need to inform social security officof any change.

I was approved 05/09/2013, thank you God and thank you President Obama. I have an SSN already so I can renew my DL as soon as I receive my EAD and approval document. However do I need to update my info with the social security office. Has any approved dreamer had to do this?

You will just have to go to the SSN office to get the card switched that your currently have(NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT) to a new card that will say VALID FOR WORK WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION. In some states you can get your DL with just your SSN number.
