...I did start calling on a weekly basis since my case was transferred more then once while in Texas and I was no longer able to see my status online

Hey guys, first post but a good one. Got approved two days ago on the 8th. Work permit sent this morning. My timeline is as follows: App sent Dec 6th to CA service center, Bios Jan 9, app transfer from CA to TX service center on March 11th, approved on May 8th.
Also, may 8th was my birthday, getting approved on my birthday was the best present I could've gotten.

Texas is doing some work. Two of my friends have similar timelines to yours and they were also approved this week. It seems like they are approving early December applicants at the moment
