Request of evidence

Timeline are oct30 they received my app did my biometrics a month later transfered march 7... Request of evidence April 15 I still have not received anything on the mail I called yesterday its says my case it's not in the system... So they are having a level 2 representative call me in two days I think has this happened to anyone...
