What they are probably trying to say is that you need 3 months of driving experience with an adult friend/relative or passing a driving course before you can take the road test. Call them up to confirm this.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. Clearly they made an administrative error. I believe when someone else reviews your case and receives proof that you did follow through they will reconsider and approve you.

You may request a review using the Service Request Management Tool process if you met all of the process guidelines and you believe that your request was denied because of an administrative error. Examples of administrative errors include USCIS denying your request for deferred action because:

• USCIS believes you abandoned your case by not responding to a Request for Evidence (RFE) and you claim that you did respond to the RFE within the prescribed time; or
• USCIS mailed the RFE to the wrong address, even though you had submitted a Form AR-11, Change of Address, or changed your address online at www.uscis.gov before the issuance of the Request for Evidence.

To make a service request, you must call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. A USCIS customer service representative will then forward your request to the proper USCIS office. Your service request will be reviewed for accuracy and USCIS will send you a letter informing you of its decision.

I just received my approval notices
Why does my approval notice state in the first line:
This courtesy notice is to advise you of action taken on the case. The official notice has been mailed to the authorized representative. Any relevant documentation included in the notice was also mailed as part of the official notice.

Does that mean that my lawyer got my official notice? And who gets the work authorization card?

hang in there , hitting 7 months may be the best thing , alot of people hitting their 7th month marks are getting approved im at 7 months and 12 days , but i am in removal of proceedings which is why mine maybe taking a bit longer , but hang in there

Mines was transferred to Nebraska on 3-26-2010 then changed on 4-1-2013. Doesn't it piss you off that it was transferred from a backed up service center to another backed up service center.
