@arcane As far fetch as meditating with the intention to communicate with 'aliens' sounds, it is a possibility. If your familiar with the the Tibetan Book Of The Dead, or Gnosticism, this practice has been apart of different cultures for some time. I agree with you that Thrive was better at elucidating the same fundamental topics. @VeryNicePerson1 We all do! I think a practical first step would be to discontinue the consumption of processed 'foodstuff' laced with toxic chemical additives that limits our abilities. A good rule of thumb so to speak, is if your food has ingredients, you have a hard pronouncing, you probably shouldn't eat it most of the chemical ingredients that are added to junk food/beverages in this country are banned in most countries in Europe. I would advice you to drink pure distilled water, which acts as a solvent removing all inorganic minerals from your body. It also decalcify your pineal gland, which is in the center of your brain, the fluoride added in tap water, junk food/beverages calcify your pineal gland reducing intelligence according to a recent study conducted by scientist at Harvard University, it also makes you more passive, docile and diminishes your multi-dimensional perception, so it's very important you do not consume 'foodstuff' laced with fluoride.

I haven't experience this 'super power special ability to fly' you claim I have, at least not in the physical reality, although I have flown a few times while lucid dreaming, it's quite an experience but that was all in my head

Hey Yogi are you vegan?

And if you are what are you doing about getting your vitamin B12. I am almost at 5 months after being Vegetarian for a year, and I decided to take vitamin capsules for the B12. I found that it helped and I also started eating foods that were fortified with B12, but the problem is that boxed cereals and milk alternatives were not so high in my food intake. I guess my real question would be how much B12 to take on a daily basis? I'm taking 66mcg right now because I just felt like i was lacking the vitamin.

Have you ever had a dream, where you became conscious that you were dreaming, that you were so sure was real after waking up? If you have seen the film 'Inception' the creators, did a great job depicting the possibilities of Lucid Dreaming.

What if you could enter a world within your own mind--one which is completely realistic, but completely safe. One where you can do anything your heart desires, no limits, no consequences. If you can imagine it, you can do it--and all while sleeping peacefully.

@Pianoswithoutfaith Unfortunately, I have not partake of the holy herb in many moons.

@DareToAct Yes I am. I take 'Vegan B-12' which provides 500 mcg (if you choose to take it, your energy level and metal performance will noticeably increase) it's made from whole foods by a company called MegaFood, they also make 'One Daily' which provides all the vitamins and minerals your body needs to maintain optimal health.

I think you perceived 'Inception' as a fictitious, entertaining film without a deeper meaning... but I could be wrong in this assumption. The entire concept of creating dreams as depicted in the movie was based on the work of Stephen LaBerge Ph.D. & Howard Rheingold, 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' great book if you have a desire in taking conscious control and creating your dreams.

i wouldnt give it up.. do your research.. meat is not bad for you!!... only the processed meat... inuit people eat mostly meat... and theyre prefectly healthy... you have to have a balanced diet.. giving up something for good is not a good idea.
