I've wondered about that. Before 2007, I really have no evidence to show (I had thrown away all my bank statements and receipts while cleaning up before DACA was announced ), but I do have solid proof from the beginning of 2007 and on (deed of trust, payments for the place, water bill history, and property tax payments history, along with more recent stuff like college transcripts and so on), so I wonder if they'll send me an RFE for the stuff before 2007.

hahahha, i was waiting for someone to say "that's what she said" hahaha

i dont think they will, unless someone has a criminal matter that came up during the background check. i got sent a RFE for jan 2007 to june 2007. i only sent evidence from june 2007 on. considering that USCIS is only asking for evidence from 2007 to 2012 then i would think anything before 2007 would be useless. unless proving that one came to the US before their 16th bday, which i am assuming a lot of us came to the US before 2007 then that what matter.

Mine was 'boring' like yours except for a little criminal issue that was solved (thankfully)...in some instances (like this) a 'boring' life is better haha

Haha! That's probably why mine took 8+ months, my packet was about 120 pages thick. I knew that once I got approved for DACA i was basically set for life, so i went the cautious route and gave them everything and then some so that i'd be approved.

Yes its true that the continuous residency requirement doesn't matter at all before 2007. I had an 18 month gap before 2007 and I was really concerned about that but instead they sent me an RFE for residency after 2007

If it helps anyone I only sent one bank statement total and that was a transaction on June 15th 2012. I sent only HS and college transripts and that was it for the 5 year, why would they want 60 bank statements at 5 pages each to prove what your transcripts prove. Obviously there are holidays in the school calendar but my passport stamp page showed no re entry. My whole packet was less than 30 pages and most of them were index pages. I was approved with no RFE , HOWEVER, took 8 months 5 days but I had a lot of denied visa petitions for ageing out, becoming 21.

Not exactly....each case is different. My packet was about 26 pages and got my approval in less than 2 months.
