So they answered my erequest:
"Your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765) category (c)(33) are currently pending with us.
USCIS is making every effort to process these cases within the stated timeframes and hope to move your case in the near future.
Please allow 60 days for USCIS to complete your request."
Maybe I should try Ombudsman again
