Guys I came out in my cousins 15 as a madrina in sep 07, so my name is in the invitation, will that work by itself? Or should i ask my cousin which shes now 22, to write a letter aswell?

Hey guys just wanted to let you guys know that THANK GOD my wait is finally over! This past Saturday I woke up to the best two texts and emails ever. It really is an indescribable feeling to see the one word that changes your life forever, APPROVED!! I could not believe it, my whole body started shaking and I started crying.. I cried all day, of happiness of course. I am so thankful to everyone in this forum; you guys have really helped me keep my sanity thru this journey that we have started. I pray to God and my Virgencita chula de Guadalupe that everyone gets an approval soon. This feeling is awesome and every single one of you guys deserve to feel this weight lifted and all the opportunities and new experiences that this will give us.

Can anyone tell me if my lawyer can do anything for my case?

About time my daca was approved today my ead last night !!!!

All he/she can do is call. Which is useless at this point.

I called about 3 weeks ago and here's the gist of what i got:

Operator: Sir, please follow the processing time on the USCIS website.
Me: It says 6 months. I'm passed that.
Operator: Dont pay attention to the 6 months. They are currently working on Aud 31st.
Me: I see that. But there's people being approved from as recently as March.
Operator: I cant speak to that. You just have to go by the date they're currently on. Which is August 31st. Is there anything else i can help you with?

For my DACA I did a online highschool Diploma from lincolnhighschool.com, I submit my application to USCIS on early Septemer 2012, I still not heard anything after my biomatics. I think something to do with my online diploma that is holding my case on hold. So I stated doing Real GED that is done by STATE of TN, back in end of January 2013. But, USCIS requirement says must be in school when submit the application. So, I stated my in Jan'13. How Can i send my NEW GED info to USCIS??? Also my colleage here in TN will not accept my online diploma. I ask my stupid lawyer he said don't need to do that.
