Well Guys, its been a week or more since I posted anything, but I got myself a lawyer, he has all my paperwork. His fee was $450 and he says that I don't need to pay USCIS again, since as he said, and I quote "Your case was severely skimmed through and not well investigated, and all your paperwork proves positive in my favor, and that you should have gotten approved without any problems". So hopefully I should hear something positive soon regarding my case from USCIS. Also guys, just thought I should share an inside tip I got from him as well, since I did it before without a lawyer, but I had everything to prove that my case should have been approved, USCIS takes advantage of those filing without lawyers. He said he has fixed many cases with these issues and that I'm just another rejected case that should have been approved without further questioning. So its just some kind of weird game they are playing with DACA applicants. I HOPE OBAMA can just give AMNESTY FOR EVERYONE, but thats another whole topic, just throwing it out there, you know LOL. But that's about it guys, I hope everyone gets approved and moves on to BIGGER & BETTER things in LIFE. I filed with a lawyer and still got an RFE. It's not that uscis is taking advantage, it's actually the lawyers taking advantage of "ignorant" illegals. It's sad, catholic charities charged $80 to prepare your daca packet and most of all them have been approved with no problems.

Well Big iv, thats true, but I wouldn't blame it all on the Lawyers there are many out there actually doing alot of positive. So I definitely say its half & half, as you said "ignorant" illegals are being taken advantage of, but when your're not hip to the whole scene and have no foundation or strength to demand certain actions, its just something that comes with the territory.
