I know it is! I was thinking of calling. My sister was transferred on Feb 22nd and she was approved on March 29th

Callin won't do anything... Cause on 4/18 i got a rfe(but my case still was sayin initial review)(i didnt know as yet)I called 4/22 all they said was I had to keep waitin. So I did a service request online but lied and said I send my app 8/31(cause I read this guy lied about his and was approved). But when I check my mail box that night I saw I had got a rfe in the mail. The website was no help nor was the rep cause they didnt even know I was send out a rfe. Then on 4/23 I got an email about my service request i"did online tellin me I was issued a rfe on 4/18.
So basically my cases didnt change from initial review and nor could any rep help me until they receive my rfe and my cases was updated.

Hey guys just got a text saying my app was transferred. I got a letter earlier stating it was transferred to Texas service center . I was wondering if anyone got approved with Texas service center. I'm in New York . Thought it was weird.

App Mailed -1/11/2013
App Received 1/14
Biometrics 2/7/2013 . scheduled.
Transfer notice 5/23 to Texas Service Center from Vermont.
