Senate's Bill College Requirement? 2 years of college before applying?

I got approved for DACA, which is a huge relief. Assuming the Senate's bill passes in it's current form, I'm unsure about the college credit requirement. I currently have about 1 year's worth of college credit and am in a bit of debt before I'm able to jump back in. My questions is do I need to complete that requirement before applying, or would I be allowed to reach the two required years while I'm here conditionally?

Our prospective benefits and their requirements could change when the bill deals with the House. But as it is right now, the bill gives you 5 years to complete 2 years of college education towards a bachellor's degree.
