Based on what I've been reading, most of you guys got a notification no more than a week after.

Should I be worried? (package was delivered on the 17th).
Did you send it certified? You should have gotten the green card back. If you dont hear anything by Wednesday you should call.

Well after the bios it took approx. 8 months to get an approval. Don't get too excited there.

In between three weeks and eight months. Basically, depending on your luck.

Yesterday I received a text saying that my Employment Authorization status was in Card/Document Production, but my deffered action not. So I called my lawyer to ask her and the bitch pissed me off. She said that she called USCI and they said that it was a system error. and nothing has been approved in my case. Also one important information that she gave me is that some case are taking longer because USCI is starting to make interviews to see whether you qualify for the deffered action. Fuck my life.

On May 15, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

This is my Deffered Action Status

Card/ Document Production

On May 28, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

This is my Work Permit Status

So @Todo Bien should I get worried or not?? Please help me.
