when did you file your I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION? because i think its taking too long, Ive had mine for a bit over 6 months.

Uscis received my application on Dec.20 2012. And my biometrics were taken on Feb.4 2013

Got it, they have been taking a long time with my case, USCIS received my application on November 9th, and my biometrics were taken in december, and i didnt hear anything from them till now.

Just woke up to text this morning and saw that my1-765 case was updated and immediately went to check it out and saw that my name was updated. It's been two months since I was transferred to Texas and looking around, I can gather that I'm either going to be approved very soon or get an RFE. Really hoping it's not an RFE, I have a great summer internship opportunity just waiting for me and I don't know if it can wait any longer

actually i messed up in my application and put my moms last name of her familys side and my dads last name. now i have two last names -__-

My name was updated may 23 and i havent heard from them since :/ should i worry?.

Nevermind, guys, it's an RFE. Just checked my status a few minutes ago and it said they mailed the RFE request today. Pretty bummed but what can I do? Just have to wait and see what else they need, I guess. :/
