There are cases of people who enter the US with either falsified documents or fraudulent information.

You will have to apply as EWI (Entered Without Inspection) and give additional evidence to prove entry into US prior to June 2007.

If you wish you may consult a Lawyer, but I can assure to you that there are individuals who have done this and you shouldn't be afraid to apply.

You were a minor. You should consult a lawyer for a case that isn't clear cut, but I don't think it will disqualify you. I think you have a chance of qualifying for DACA if you meet the rest of the requirements.

What isn't clear to me is if you got caught at border inspection and then denied and entered in another manner, or if you successfully got in but got fingerprinted.

Yeah, you don't need to panic. A Qualified Lawyer will be more than able to help you with your case.

I would like to say this - even though you were "inspected and fingerprinted" it doesn't mean you've entered legally. For purposes of Immigration law, if you used someone else's information then you are considered to have entered without inspection

A Lawyer can help to explain this better. But you should qualify if you meet the requirements for DACA

They use the biometrics information to conduct a criminal background check. They work to find national security threats, persons with criminal backgrounds, and public safety issues.
