QUESTION ABOUT DREAM ACT

HELLO
I would like to find out if I qualify under this law

I came to the US with my parents when I was 15 years old back in 2000.
I finished high school
And now I have also finished an Associated Degree in Accounting which is a 2-year degree?

Would I qualify?
And is this a current law?
Or a proposal?

I am not sure about qualification.

It has not become a law yet... it will most likely be introduced in a CIR bill. It is already part of STRIVE, but that won't pass (it's not likely).

Assuming a clear record etc., yes you would qualify when it passes.

Yup. Just make sure you keep records of things which will help you prove you've been here since 2000 and before you turned 15 years old.
