has anyone got denied, reapplied and got approved?

My brothers and I applied for daca. My youngest brother got approved right away and my oldest brother and I got rfe. I sent in my rfe right away and he sent his in about a week later. I got approved a few weeks ago and just yesterday we got the update that my brother got denied. We're not sure why yet but we were just wondering what our option were..if we had any. This really sucks.he is taking it better than I am...I cried all night. Yeah so my question is...has anyone applied again after being denied and got approved?

What was your brother's RFE for? If it was for something like continuous residence, he can re-apply if he is able to find more evidence.

This is such a sad situation.... How old is your brother? When you find out, could you please tell us why he got denied?

He needed something for 2008 we searched everywhere and found nothing...that's when I did research and found this site.and I read that some ppl use their xbox account as evidence,so we used that and an affidavit from our landlord saying that He's live here during those years. we got the update last night so we have no clue why he got denied

There's gotta be a mistake on their part, if evidence was sent, then why are they being really anal about this..

which center was this anyway ? and how much evidence was sent in, these things can't be taken lightly... you can't just send a paper along with an affidavit to prove he was here.. also.. just 1 affidavit.. you needed to send at least 2 to back things up, along with their signature.. they didn't have to be notarized. also, you can send in pictures.. did he not take pictures in 08? ... Make sure you label them in the back should you decide to send some in.

Did you receive confirmation that they received the evidence you sent for RFE?
