According to uscis it's all about how fast the background check clears but who knows.

We can only wait. At least we have been given the opportunity to do something about our situation.

I received my EAD card on the mail today! Monday morning I'll be going to apply for my SS# since its closed on weekends, I am very excited!

I hope all of you get approve very soon, hopefully before the end of this month if possible. Don't get impatient your time will come soon!! This forum has really helped me get through the tough waiting time and I have learned a lot by reading all these posts. I prayed every day to get approve soon and on Monday I woke up to the best news I have ever received. Don't start getting all impatient because the approval will come when you least expect it. Have Faith!

Now that I remember my package was about 100pages if that max. we put my school records from 1st grade on top of everything, taxes from 2 years (have ssn from prior case) and sent in high school diploma. I might be lagging the system sorry

When people get approve do they get email s and txt messages during working hours? Or at night too?

I got a tm as late as 11pm. In total I received 8 tm's. 3 on Friday, 3 Saturday & 2 Monday all diff times of the day.

just, got approved for EAD this afternoon. sent package around the 15th of March. confirmation of receiving by Nebraska March 20. Bio on April 24. no criminal record. sent about 100 pages mostly bank statements from few months I was missing from school or W grade. still those around my numbers most of them havent approved yet. only few around my area were approved.

hopefully, you should be approved by next week at the latest. seems Nebraska wants to get these out before July 4th, lol. good luck to all those still waiting.
