Its funny that the majority of RFEs are those prepared by lawyers...

Some lawyers left out documents when people sent out the applications, which caused people getting RFEs.

Thankfully the lawyer I went to asked for a lot of stuff and made sure I had all the information related to a criminal case I had. If I had done it by myself, I would've missed that. Yes, I would've gotten an RFE, but to fix my problem it took me a couple of months, which the RFE doesn't give.

Again, depends who you get.

hey guys, so I have a HUGE question. Since they want evidence I was here since June 15, 2007. Do I have to prove I was here exactly on June 15?

I have dated bank transactions indicating I was in my city before and after June 15 but the statements don't show any activity exactly on June 15. I only had transactions on June 11 and June 21 and they both show I was in the US. Would that be good enough? I'm from Chicago and I was visiting California around June 15, the only thing I have is one of the flight tag prints they put on your bags and it shows my name and the date of June 17 a flight from LA to Chicago. What do you guys think? Would it affect me if I show I was taking a flight from California to Chicago?

Something close to that date. I had my car aligned on June 20th and apparently that reciept with my name on it was enough.
