Vermont is doing something wrong. They sent me a denial today. No telling why until I get the letter.

Sorry first of all man, I know exactly what you mean, my info was sent to VERMONT and based on all my experiences & things I had to do, VERMONT is very lackadaisical. They denied me with some really foolish speculations, when in fact they just skimmed through my RFE/App. I had to get a lawyer to sort everything out and in the end I am still waiting but, atleast they admitted they made a mistake and offered to do a full review of my case. I should hear and answer soon. But as for your case and you had a lawyer from the get-go and they still turned you down, that's messed up. I filed on my own and all was alright but needed a lawyer to handle my rejection which was a mistake on USCIS/Vermont side. But ya, VERMONT is doing something wrong, not sure why they are rejecting people who have all their paperwork intact. SORRY MAN, it hurts, I know. I really hope you get some justification out of this because its unfair. I personally think VERMONT is the worst. My verdict backed by all my friends and their friends who all applied to VERMONT. I guess it true. STAY UP BRO, KEEP YOUR HEAD HIGH, GOD IS WATCHING AND HE DON'T LIKE UGLY, GOD BLESS YOU AND I HOPE YOU GET SOMETHING POSITIVE OUT OF THIS.

Im so sorry to hear. What state r u from?? How did u go about finding a good laywer?? What step did ur laywer take

I got my denial letter and my lawyer failed to tell me my RFE requested a court deposition for an arrest. 2 majors things wrong: I was NEVER arrested and my shit head lawyer didn't mention any of that when he got my RFE. The letter says I can't appeal or motion to reopen my case. They both fucked up and now I don't know what to do, I'm going to fight it of course but its a match I might lose even though it was uscis error and my lawyers for not catching it.

Don't you get a copy of rfe too, in my understanding if you filed with a lawyer uscis mail both you and the lawyer copies of everything

I didn't receive a copy to my mailing address, the lawyer received it and called me to bring evidence of continuous residency from 2007-2008, 2010-2011 and that was it. If I was suppose to get a letter as well than that might be another error on uscis behalf
