Case was recived- Febuary 13
Transfer to Nebraska Center
Biometrics- March 19
June 28, 2013- Still Under Intial Review
I has a misdamenor that was Deferred Adjudication In 2007-2008
Since then i have not got in trouble, just traffic tickets
I hope my case dont take longer, i hear if you have a record it takes longer
i am also a febuary applicant,
App sent- Febuary, 8
Case was recived- Febuary 13
Transfer to Nebraska Center
Biometrics- March 19

Ead was never updated into uscis system until they approved me on July 10th. My daca was approved the very next day on the 11th. My app was sent at the very end Feb. Did my bios on April 3. Got an rfe on June 5th. USCIS received rfe response on the 19th of June. Got my ead on July 13th.
Overstayed since 95' but now I'm a very happy camper. My next stop, job hunting.
