I am not too sure after the DACA vote in the House. It would require 218 votes in order to move forward.

It is a human issue but from my experience. I would say that Whites are most racist.

How? I just corrected one fact. I hate it when people throw out random statistics on Africa without even checking to see if its still even relevant. It just continues to affirm the continent's misguided reputation as the heart of darkness. But if that makes me a poop face, I thank you. I have no problem with being one.

Genocides in the present are not easy to observe but they are out there if you look closely at the reports that do come out. gays are being persecuted in some African countries with the debate becoming about creating capital punishment of death for being even suspected of being gay.

The ICC (International Criminal Court) has been filing charges against Sudan's president for what they claim has been attempts of exterminating people from a particular tribal group in Darfur due to their ethnicity. They did not call it genocide because they felt there was not enough evidence, but it was enough to stick for war crimes against humanity.
