I showed them my EAD and matricula card. Got my SSN card in 4 days.

two quick questions. do you put both your parents last name on the application? My EAD shows 2 last names but I only have used my dads last name. Should I put only my first name and last name on box where it says name that will appear on card and put both last names on next box where it states birth name as shown on birth certificate. Also, do I check the legal alien allowed to work or other? thx

You can try to out only one last name, but they will more than likely add your second last name when you go to apply since it has to be like its shown on the EAD. Legal alien allowed to work.

Yeah just went to the ssa, was 5-7 days but the receipt said 2 weeks
