Additionally, DHS may share the information with law enforcement or other government agencies as necessary to respond to potential or actual threats to national security pursuant to the agency's published Privacy Policy and the routine uses outlined in the Benefits Information System system of records notice, DHS-USCIS-007, September 29, 2008 73 FR 56596.

I used to check 3 times a day but I stopped checking for good a week ago and suddenly my application got approved(notified via email). I don't know if the not checking was the cause.. but it can't hurt to try it. The email notifications are pretty spot on.
That has nothing to do with approvals. If that was the case, almost nobody would get approved. It's about waiting and being patient. Some of us can, some of us can't.

Well guys, I just got a letter just now 11:56pm. I went to check my mail, and went upstairs and opened the envelope, it was a denial letter saying I did not send my RFE, which I sent everything in february. And that I left the US during the processing time of my DACA, which makes no sense. I haven't left all those years before, but I left during something that could alter my status for the better, wow. I really don't know what is going on, but its ridiculous. I will definitely have a hard time sleeping tonight. Its sad, I sent all the evidence, everthing I could get my hands on, High School Diploma, Test Scores, Transcripts, Immunization Card from 2001-2004, I-94, Passport Section Pics, School Awards with Dates, Internship Certificates, address proof, proof that I was in the US before 2007. I sent my money order with the fee, and they said I didn't. Everything I sent, and now I get nothing in return. They even go so far to say I have been in detention while I started the filing process. Its very sad, I have never had any run-ins with the LAW, sad to see now, they say I have. They even said I that failed to appear at my biometrics appointment. They said I abandoned my Application Forms because I left the US while they were pending, which I didn't. I did everything by the books, but I guess it was not enough. Last but not least, and I quote " You may not file an appeal or motion to reopen/reconsider this decision". Well that's the end of the road for me guys. Atleast I tried.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well guys THE ABOVE was the night that I received a letter stating I was denied...well my lawyer called today with some good news, USCIS has issued a full review of my case and stated that they may have somehow mixed it up with someone else's, or that my case was not fully reviewed thoroughly,(kinda weird huh, lol), but that's what the Rep at USCIS said. They will be looking into to it and should make a decision, in 3-4 weeks. I guess getting a lawyer was the right thing to do, even tho it was just fine without one, considering it was an error on their behalf, but all good, atleast there's some light at the end of the tunnel. So i guess its back to the waiting room. Hope all approvals are enjoying, reach for the stars guys, and for the ones still waiting, don't give up, you never know, it could right around the corner. GOODLUCK TO ALL & don't lose courage, GOD HAS SOMETHING GOOD IN STORE FOR ALL OF US. GOD BLESS YOU ALL

UPDATE TODAY= JULY 1st, 2013
Well guys, after all USCIS's screw-ups and trying to deny me under false accusations and not analyzing my DACA application & RFE properly. I just checked my status this morning and I was approved. Its also kinda of hard to believe that the same time that I was checking my status online, my lawyer calls and says that I have been approved via a letter. After waiting all this time, I FINALLY GOT APPROVED. Thanks guys for all your help, kind words and advice about getting a lawyer, even though I didn't need one when the problem was USCIS, but nonetheless, I really appreciate it, and for all those still waiting, GOOD LUCK & GOD BLESS, YOU WILL GET APPROVED SOON. GOD BLESS OBAMA I HOPE HE PASSES SOME KINDA REFORM OR EVEN AMNESTY.
