Yes and no. You don't qualify but you do meet the criteria. Meaning that you must complete two years of college or join the arm forces. Several members on this forum are from FL and they are paid out of state tuition, so it's possible.

im from florida, recently moved to miami from orlando just so i could go to college. i graduated may 06 from high school and i spent that whole year working at a restaurant and i realized i didn't want to go do that for the rest of my life so one day i just finally researched for a college online and found one that had a major i liked and i took a bus from orlando to miami (4 hours) and enrolled then i came back home took all of my belongings and left just like that, i've been in miami for almost 3 weeks now. I do pay out of state but im only taking two classes during the summer and i'm looking for scolarships and stuff like that and i'm sure i'll make it through they gave me no problems for not having legal documents when i enrolled. And that's how I live my life, one day at a time. So you can still go to college so look for scolarships. anything else you'd like to know just holla at your boy.

Yeah, i figured that whould be the case, i read a couple of articles that stated something about a conditional residencey until completetion of 2 yrs. in collage or military. I hope they dont try and change it cause then it would just create more problems rather then fixing anything...........

I tried all of that, i started to really reseaching since the 11 grade, the problem i had though is the fact that i dont have any identfication( i do have SS# but its stamped and every time i try to use it for anything they automatically ask for another identfication ) I cant work so i wouldnt be able to pay the out of state tuition and my parents can hardy get by themselfs..........................i also searched for scholarships, grants and finacial aid so its not a lack of trying cause i would love more then anything to work and go to school........
