Did you leave during the 5 year residency requirement(2007-12)or before? I left for 1 1/2 year when I was 13. I wrote that down in my app and it wasn't an issue.

EDIT: Thankfully I kept most of the receipts and one that said I had done the surgery. So hopefully that'll help.
