whats up guys Im JD been looking at this before I even filed in October but never posted and figured I might since everyone here has been positive and helps me get through this process. I still havent been approved or anything an no word on my case but trying to stay positive everyday. My case is through the california service center and I my application was received Oct 24 2012. I did my Bio November 29th. Since then I been waiting ever since and just trying to stay positive. Just wanted to say congrats to all those who have been approved we all know how tough it is with the situation we are in but all we can do is stay positive and keep moving forward. I will try my best to post when I can but for sure I will be reading the forums when I can.

Omg im so happyyy its the best feeling ever i've been checking my case status everyday im so happy its the best day of my life my i765 moved from initial review to card production after a long wait of more than 8 months am so happy !!
I had a misdemeanor for open container/tresspasing and i got arrested had acd for six months i also had a ticket for open container and a mta ticket i was afraid of not getting accepted.

App sent 10/29 vermont
bio/12/13
transferred 3/12 nebraska
i765 card production 7/2

indydude we have similar timeline and service center. hope we get approved by next week or so

finally!! They mailed the EAD card!
They approved my I821D and I765 on July 1, 2013.
Card production: July 2, 2013.
Mailed the card: July 3, 2013. ( expected on July 5.)
I am expecting to get my card in one to two weeks, but it only took 2 days after they approved my application. Im so excited!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, I know right, everyone says the same thing. But in the end it was justified and brought to light as well as proven that USCIS is very lackadaisical, but hey, who am I to complain. But like I always say GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS TO YOU AND EVERYONE STILL WAITING AS WELL AS EVERYONE APPROVED SO FAR. Keep your head up..!!

I got approved !! Yay ! All day I have been gloomy and thinking maybe I wasnt going to get my approval till Aug But it turned out I got approved on July 2, Uscis sent me an email that day but I didnt check it till now, omg I cant believe this is real Happy 4th of July People and Thank You Nebraska Center You Are awesome !! ~

Thanks god, for giving me exactly what I needed today, a damn April approval. Congrats kid
