Question about renewing DL after years (Florida)

Hello everyone,

So i had a drivers license about 4 years ago but it was also temporary and it has long been expired.
Now that i have my EAD and SS do i go to DMV requesting a renewal or am i going to be assigned a new DL?
I have had tickets during the time without license but they have been payed except for one that requires that i show proof of DL in order to pay it.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Also; it says its suspended on the dmv website when i look up the license number.

Same dl just go and renew it
