lol robert byrd got mad because everyone in the senate were walking and talking that wasn't part of the senate. Then he started reading from the book.

they also said they wont be able to finish the bill this week so they'll continue debating after the memorial day(week) recess.

They just voted on wether they should consider it or not. If they voted no then it wouldn't have made it in the senate. And never pass.

I think that is one part of the bill that shouldn't apply to us since we have to apply under Dream act.AFAIK,as long as you are in school you should be ok not to mention they even waive the fees if we already meet all requirements.
