Guilty of killing a person...

I don't really care for the race factors, prejudice or any other justifications. The act of justifying murder is just wrong to me. Unless it was something extreme like an armed robber breaking into your house or a girl in danger of being raped, etc...

"Self defence" when Trevon did not have a gun is not good enough imo.

why because he took action towards another human being when told the police not too? Because the other guy beat him up? Well no shit you're gonna get beat up if youre stalking someone with a gun when told by the police not to engage.

a person is perfectly capable of killing another person without an aid of a weapon.. if someones starts banging your head on the ground... you would def feel your life is in danger.

True but Zimmerman clearly had enough "strength" to shoot the kid... He was not getting hopelessly beaten to death. The bruising from the pictures on the media are too light to suspect such situation.

These "kids" act like grown men. He had the choice to go home but rather had the audacity to confront the vigilante.

The fact that he did not listen to the cops is enough. Would you like to talk about absence of evidence is not evidence of absence?

This is a matter of survival. If your life is in danger, you will do whatever it takes to survive. It is human nature. You obviously don't know whats out there on the streets. Thugs think they own the streets until they meet someone who ends their life.

exactly.. and the kid wasnt a saint as his friends believe... the mom said during the trial that he had two praying hands as a tattoo on his shoulder... why is that even relevant to the case... theyre trying to portray him as a good kid... i guess they didnt see the pictures later released from martin's phone.
