Background Check

Hello,

I have been approved since December of last year. And got my SS in January. I have been working with my old information that of course is invalid. And i actually have been job hunting and got a interview last week. And i was notified that i received the Job. They asked me if i could pass a drug test and background check. I told them yes, but is there a problem. Since i have no work history since this is my new SS#. It's a great job and I don't want to quit my job, and have their offer revoked. Please some advise is helpful!

They don't check your job history, they check your criminal history. U are fine!

I did a google check and it states some background checks verify employment and credit history. This is job is more like a career for me with great opportunity and excellent salary. I just so nervous since i gave my 2 weeks notice at old job. Anyone with more info, i read many struggled with background check.

I got a job with sprint (corporate store) and passed with no problems. The only thing was that the lady working on my background check emailed me asking for a copy of my social. After I sent her the copy everything went through and I got the job without any issues

I hope that is the case and i'm just over thinking this situation.
