That's what I wanted to make sure of. Previously I read some people submitted the biometrics fee as well but didn't have to do biometrics again.

It's not up to USCIS to make sure you are paying the correct amount. If you overpay there is a chance you might not get that back.

Mexicans do not need a VISA to enter Italy. Visas differ from country to country. So just double check if you will also need a visa for the particular country you are a citizen of.

Hi all,
I had gone to Southeast Asia(I went to multiple countries) with AP, just came back 2 weeks ago. I had applied for work purposes because my family owns a business back there and i used a letter from the company stating that i was interning/training. the AP itself took me a month to get approved. You get two copies, which you must present to them at port of entry so take both with you, and i suggest keeping at a safe place until you need to come back. I had requested the parole for two months may1st-june 30th. My AP was valid till JULY 14th. i came back July 5th.
I had to show my AP before getting on the plane back upon checking in and transit. My transit was in Russia and no one seems to care what the AP was, they just looked at it and let me go. Upon arrival in Houston, i came back with my sister who is a resident, and we went both to the Residents/Citizens line. The officer was nice and he said i needed to go to a secondary room for paroles, but he already took my finger prints on those scanners. In that "room" all i did was filled out the I90 paper and wait for the officer to enter it in his computer. he was making dumb comments about DACA, and i just laughed it off. Apparently i was the first DACA recipient he had met. Then he stamped my passport and my AP documents. He kept one copy and gave me another and i was out the door. Thats it.

Thanks for your input! Are you EWI or overstay?

So from what i'm seeing it doesn't matter which line you get in. I heard people going through the "visitor's" line and also the resident/citizens lines with no problems...

It seems from what all have mentioned it all goes to secondary inspection either way....generally speaking though I think the citizen lines are going to obviously be much quicker at the larger airports.
