Rejoice December people! they are working on our applications specifically the ones transferred on may to Nebraska.


I just got a RFE what I feared the most I got an email I got excited to see "USCIS" I screamed in joy and after opening it and reading it all the happiness turned into sadness and frustration.

I don't know what they will ask for or how much long they will make me wait. I sent them everything I had I came to this country when I was 10 years old I have my high school diploma I been waiting for this to be able to work and go to college.

After 8 months guys, to get this after 8 months it's just... wow.. I literally sent them everything I had.

Sorry for the emotional post... this is just not fair.. I don't like injustice..

That totally sucks, so sorry. What did the RFE say? What's your timeline?

I only got the email so far I'll know what the rfe says when it gets here.

Sent November 25
Received December 3rd
Biometric January 5
Transferred may 21 from Vermont to Nebraska
Rfe: July 16


I'm heartbroken but once I get the mail ill know what they want and I'll try my best to send them the evidenc I'm scared though because I sent them everything I had.... Seriously I was ready to apply back in August .... I spent like two months trying to find evidence of continuous residency. I was done with school before 2007 and I haven't worked or gone to college or ever had a bank account, I used to think facebook was annoying so I didn't make an account until 2012, I sent them medical records, rent lease records,landlord statements, I couldn't contact one of my landlords.... I also sent medication that had my name on it, 3 affidavits from usc's notarized,gaming information like Xbox live but only for the years 2010-2012, so yeah I have no idea what else I can send.

I hope they ask for something easy and I hope they that they won't make me wait much longer to be approved....

Wow that sounds horrible! Did you try calling them? Reaching out to your congressman/woman?

I hope it gets resolved soon!

My obsessive checking of this site and the case status website has given me a desire to post. I have not seen anyone else with the same timeline as my fiancé. A lot of people were transferred to Nebraska in March and May but I haven't seen any in April?
Even though I've decided that it doesn't matter when you applied or when you were transferred since I assume they've devised some sort of random selection game to torment everyone; I was wondering if there was anyone else who was transferred around this time?

Im a dec applicant, I sent it on the dec 17th it arrived on the 24th. Did my bio in like mid Jan and ever since then nothing...

Anyways I just checked right now and it says on july 17th they sent out the request for more information.

I dont understand I sent everything I could, I covered every year with school transcripts and bank statements.

im confused, fuuuuuuuuuuug!
