Hello, I just got approved for DACA. If I were to marry an international student (non-usc, but in f-1 visa student visa), would she be able to stay here with me without the student visa? does anyone know anything about this scenario?

Thanks!

No, since you are not a permanent resident or US citizen, you cannot help anyone else get status through marriage. Your girlfriend will have to go through other channels to be able to legally stay.

No, because you don't have 'status', you only have 'legal presence'. If she wants to stay she needs to follow the usual path for F-1 students, which is to get OPT, find a job, and get the company to sponsor her H-1B. If she's good and the company is generous, she could ask the company to sponsor her employment-based green card (form I-140).
