Anyways, since you did not get what was implied here is another answer to your question: "I'm not sure where DACA ranks in U.S code of law since its only temporal and does not seem to have a very stable future (FYI, they attempted to remove it ) that being said, I do not know if DACA makes you legal in a true sense of what legality encompasses.
