So, I'm here looking at the USCIS site and under Education and Military Service Guidelines, There's a new requirement that you need to be currently in school to apply.

The thing is I found a good paying job and decided that school wasn't worth it no more, but I have my general studies degree.\

So, the question is would I be able to renew my Daca?

Q1: Does “currently in school” refer to the date on which the request for consideration of deferred action is filed?
A1: To be considered “currently in school” under the guidelines, you must be enrolled in school on the date you submit a request for consideration of deferred action under this process.

To renew DAC no since it wasn't a requirement to initially apply, as long you graduated high school or received your GED. If you hope to be eligible for DREAM act, should it pass, there will probably be some sort of college requirement.

Currently in school applies only to people who are in high school (or lower), DACA doesn't care at all about anything past high school.

So let's say you apply as a high school student currently in school, in order to renew DACA you must either have graduated or still be in high school.

If you applied as a high school graduate, that's it, you're done with education as long as DACA is concerned.
