I don't want him to go back to Mexico to apply, since normally he'd have to because he came here without inspection with his Mom in '97. So...this is our best shot so our little family won't be separated and he'll be able to get a better job!

I'm in the same situation I sent my daca July 16th and got my e notification july 25th, I'm married to a U.S citizen, but we decided it be best to apply for daca, I don't want to have to leave the country for him to request me, it's kind of scary. And I don't want to leave my son either. I hope that after my 2 years are over he can request me without me having to leave.

Yeah, hopefully if we have daca then get requested by our spouses we won't have to leave, idk how it's going to work, but I think it be best to get a lawyer with that process just to be on the safe side.

Hi, I received my receipt and notice that they received my application on July 5th. I still haven't gotten my bio appointment letter and I was under the impression that it usually is sent out within 2 weeks after receipt. It's been almost a month
