Please everyone help tried to check my status today and this appeared :

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

What does that mean anybody know?

You should call the number and ask for a 'Tier 2 officer' so they can give you an update on your case directly. It could be good news.

Yes, tier 2. They have more information about your case specifically.

I'm one of those people that's been reading the forum for 3 years now, I've finally joined lol

Applied for a U-Visa through my mother, Back in October.

Received:10/15/12
Bio: 11/26/12

Nothing else since then... still waiting, USCIS website says it's an average of 13 months for approval

They should always be open and have an officer on standby to answer any questions. You can call them now and ask for a Tier 2 officer.

Status updates don't apply only specifically to I-918 petition but to all applications filed with USCIS.

@Grimm,You have a bit of time to go.I'd say December-Feb. looks like where you should be looking concerning your approval.
