I just checked my status APPROVED!! my card is in production today 
I had to make sure I put in the right case number a few times. I couldn't believe it!
Here is my timeline :
Application received California 1/31/2013
Fingerprint appointment 3/1/2013
Case transferred to Texas 3/15/2013
Approved today! 6/10/2013
