Yeah I did have a previous history with immigration but the case was closed and I was never even in deportation so I don't understand why it would be an issue. Especially since my brother and I applied the same time, had the same case and was approved in October. My name is not common. I have absolutely no criminal history. I sent every single thing they were asking for. I really don't understand why they have so much of us waiting over the processing time in extended review

That absolutely makes me feel better and it should make you feel better as well. They are just buying time and seem like they are "working on it"; which quite honestly, might be sitting on a pile somewhere below all the new applications.
It should be on a first come, first serve basis. I rushed the paperwork in to make sure I would have been approved my January the latest... And as you can see, we are still waiting.

By the way, when did you contact your Congressman and when did you receive that reply back from them?

I went into the office on July 9th and immigration sent them a response on the next day. This was actually the 2nd time I contacted them. I went in the first time when I hit 6 months but it looks like I got some idiot intern because he didn't help at all

I call uscis Tuesday and they send me e-mail saying it's pending at VSC. Not this coming Tuesday I'm gonna E-mail Director of Uscis. So I was just wondering they gonna get mad and just denied my file. so i won't keep bugging them. but i'm gonna do it, I do not care what happens.
